EDITOR/DIRECTOR
Academic profile
A. Bachelor's degree or higher in Guidance.
B. Publications in indexed journals.
C. Knowledge of software for the administration of electronic journals.
D. Knowledge of open access issues, copyright, and APA citation standards.
E. B2 proficiency in English is desirable.
Tasks
A. Process of articles: registration, detection of coincidences, sending to evaluators, communication of the report, managing the process of incorporating observations (quality control), publication, and promotion.
B. Support authors and reviewers during the editorial process.
C. Guarantee the periodic publication of the journal in a timely manner.
D. Execute strategies for the continuous improvement of the journal's quality.
E. Convene and preside over the meetings of the Editorial Committee.
F. Represent the journal in national and international instances.
G. Coordinate training activities for writing articles with the school's Professional Development Program.
EDITORIAL COMMITTEE
Academic profile
A. Bachelor's degree or higher in Guidance.
B. Have publications in journals with an editorial committee and an international publication code.
Tasks
A. Ensure the fulfillment of the journal's objective.
B. Participate in meetings called by the journal's directors.
C. Approve the editorial policies of the journal.
D. Assist with the arbitration of articles when necessary.
E. Endorse the selection of articles for publication in upcoming journal issues.
F. In cases of doubt about the evaluation of an article, define the pertinence of its publication.
G. Recommend people to integrate the Editorial Committee, the International Scientific Committee, and the group of reviewers.
